Each set of notes includes everything I have in the subject, collected over the last 10 years: past assignments and take-home exams, with feedback and comments; flow-charts and “Kneecaps”- which are lists of “if they ask this, they’re looking for that”. They are definitely not a simple collection of one student’s unedited notes.
Many of these sets of notes are state specific, especially in criminal law.
These are more than just basic sets of notes - they are the best of what I have accumulated in each subject since I have been tutoring, and keeping only superior student work so that you have an idea of how to structure an assignment or take-home exam answer in the particular subject. Often, I work with students to make sure that the notes are as concise and helpful as possible. In most subjects you will get a few past assignments, or exams, or both, as well as past tutorial answers and of course, subject notes you can use. Where possible, I have worked with students to reduce these to under 20 pages.
